Our 2020 Leadership Team includes: Beverly Mate, Fred Ferrari, Kevin Beare, Lenore Bowne, Marjorie Wetherill, Martin Bowne, Norris Clark, Tom Imperato, and Vickie Banks.
Our Session is comprised of elders, women and men, who have been elected to serve for designated terms on the leadership team for Cold Spring Presbyterian Church. The session meets monthly with the pastor to provide leadership to the worship, mission, and community ministries of Cold Spring Presbyterian Church. Summary Notes from each meeting are distributed to the congregation. Approved Minutes are available the following month.
The ruling elders are listening, assessing, and leading this congregation in an intentional transformation process. Our mission to improve the spiritual vitality and wellness of our congregation and community throughout the Cape May region through inspiring worship, practical teaching from God’s word, innovative programs, and community-focused events and ministry.
How many times already this year (or Decade! Wow, can you believe it?!) have you shared good wishes of Happy New Year? Lots of times, I bet. Well, at Cold Spring Church, we are transforming a mere Happy into something amazing! For 2020, let’s embrace a Brave New Year! Why? Because we know that the Light of the World is shining brightly and God invites us into a new future, something much more than the ordinary, in 2020. This Sunday, January 5th, start 2020 with a welcoming, energizing worship.
Pastor Kevin’s message, Star Words, takes us on a journey to connect with Jesus, the Light of the World, as we join a brave team of individuals we refer to as the Three Wise Men. They, like us today, will follow the Jesus Star to inspire our brave new year ahead.
