Maundy Thursday Communion Worship

It's your serve! Well, that's what Jesus told his team at his last supper. Pastor Kevin invites us to revisit the Upper Room and listen in on one of Jesus' most controversial commands. It's your serve!

The Thursday before Easter is known as either Maundy Thursday, or Holy Thursday. Maundy is derived from the Latin word for "command," and refers to Jesus' commandment to the disciples to "Love one another as I have loved you."

Maundy Thursday calls the community to remember the new commandment that Christ gave us in word and deed as he taught us how to love one another, washing our feet as a servant.

We also will gather around the Lord's Table to celebrate the Lord’s Supper, remembering the meal Christ shared with his disciples before his death.
