Bring your canned goods to church any Sunday in February and place them under your favorite team’s logo (Hint: Go Eagles!). We will announce the team with the most cans donated. Get to choose the Souper Bowl Winner before the kickoff\, and help feed hungry neighbors. All the soup will support the Deacon’s Community Food Bank ministry. Thank you!\n\n\n\nGo\, team! DESCRIPTION:The Musikhaus Studio presents the 2023 Cape Classical Artists Concert Series in partnership with Cold Spring Presbyterian Church. SUMMARY:Ash Wednesday Service in Red Brick Church
DESCRIPTION:The season of Lent begins on Ash Wednesday\, February 22\, 2023. Cold Spring Church will offer a unique hybrid worship experience in the Red Brick Church from noon to 12:45 PM. The service for Ash Wednesday allows our community to begin the journey of Lent together. Lent marks the themes of penitence and repentance from sin as we move toward Holy Week and Easter. \nDuring the service\, you may wish to receive the imposition of ashes. Pastor Kevin Yoho’s message\, The Face of Grace\, will assure us that though we are dust\, we are baptized dust. (Hint\, less frown\, more joy!) \nAsh Wednesday recognizes our fragility and mortality were it not for the grace of God. When we publically receive and wear the ashes of sin and repentance\, we practice this ancient discipline collectively and individually. In humility but with confidence in Christ\, we all ask God to bless our entire creation and communities and breathe new life into our dusty lives. \nThe community is welcome to attend. Invite a friend to join you as we begin our Lenten journey toward the cross and Easter’s promise of new life.

DESCRIPTION:Our 2023 Leadership Team includes Norris Clark (clerk of Session)\, Tom Imperato\, Elaine Jordan\, Linda Kaemph\, Charles Keister\, Beverly Mate\, Chuck McPherson\, Larry Moyer\, and Robert Stiles. Ordinarily\, the Session meets on the second Tuesday of each month in Price Hall’s Taylor Room\, or via Zoom. \nOur Session includes elders (women and men) elected to serve for designated terms on the leadership team for Cold Spring Presbyterian Church. The Session meets monthly with the pastor to provide leadership for our worship and mission in our community. \nThe ruling elders inspire\, listen\, assess\, and lead this congregation in an intentional transformation process. Our mission is to improve our congregation and community’s spiritual vitality and wellness throughout the Cape May region through inspiring worship\, practical teaching from God’s word\, innovative programs\, and community-focused events and ministry.
